Jack’s Potato Chili con Chorizo Recipe

Start to Finish: 1 Hour  

4-6 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 oz. can Whole Tomatoes
  • 4 Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 lb. Red potatoes peeled and medium diced
  • 1 ea. Jalapeño Pepper
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 lb. El Popular Longaniza Medium Dice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Brown the ground beef, drain well
  2. Add the diced chorizo and brown
  3. Roast the red peppers and cut into medium dice
  4. Add the canned tomatoes with the rest of the ingredients
  5. Simmer until potatoes are tender
  6. Serve
